Competitive Registration form- Male and Female soccer players ages U11- U14 interested in playing competitive traveling soccer for Fall 2010 and Spring 2011, we have a few spots left for tryout. To schedule a tryout day and time, download registration form, completely fill out form, turn in with a copy of your child's original birth certificate and $30.00 tryout fee to: RYSA, PO Box 474, Redmond, OR. 97756. A tryout day and time will be scheduled once the preceding is received by RYSA. Two season commitment Fall 2010 (mid August to early Nov. and Spring 2011 (mid March until Father's Day weekend). USSF licensed coach twice per week, games on weekends.
